James was a deadly salesperson! He knew the products well and took time to understand my needs... he even convinced me to test drive a few other vehicles just to be sure I was making the right choice. Things fell apart after we agreed on the sale and I was turned over from James to the rest of the gang. After dealing with James I was forced to sit through a sales pitch on the merits of tinting windows and protecting paint. I don't know if this works on many people, but when things are sprung on me last minute I always so no. Give me time to research, and don't be tacky. Following the surprise extras I went over to finance where things went well. Sadly things sat in that office for several days without update, pushing the delivery date of an in stock vehicle to 8 days from the sale date. Throughout the delay I pressed for details but didn't get anything of substance. Every call was placed on hold for 20 minutes (on average) before I was given a watered down excuse for why things were taking so long. When I finally did pick up the vehicle the interest rate, finance terms, and a $500 mysterious extra were all silently added into the purchase price. At this point I didn't really care... just wanted to get my car and be done with them. In the end I am happy with my vehicle and with James, but the rest of the Toowong gang were pretty useless and totally hopeless at customer service. Probably worth buying elsewhere, as once you shake hands the customer service really tanks.

Wasn't too impressed with their customer service. Was walking around the show room for about 5 minutes and wasn't approached once (the one time when you actually want a sales person to come and help you because you have questions!) Had to ask reception to get someone to come over and help when there were at least 2 sales people available (who were too busy having a chat to each other). When I'm ready to buy I'll be going to another Mazda dealership as I didn't feel welcome there, maybe next time I'll dress nicer and see if they approach me straight away. 🤷‍♀️ EDIT: I purchased my new car at OLD MAC. wonderful team there. Thanks for making my choice easy and going elsewhere.

Always awesome service. Love the concierge that deals with all your needs. Lovely free cafe. Free loan car is a bonus too. Although you do partly want to keep the brand new loan car sometimes. Is a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Other car servicing companies I have used previously were exceptionally poor and horrid in comparison. Been going to mazda for several years now. I very highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from both the Sales and Service teams. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and on both occasions Charles has gone above and beyond to provide us with an excellent experience. Usually we see David when we come up for a scheduled service and again receive excellent, attentive,and efficient service. The free cafe facilities are a huge bonus, as is the wifi.

My daughter just got her Mazda 2 serviced here, they did not inform her of the true cost before proceeding and she was very shocked to get a bill for $ 1385. She was advised on the phone that it would be about $700. They fitted 4 new tyres for a cost of $ 680 fitted which is about double what another tyre retailer would charge. She was given no choice of tyre and told very little information. They then suggested that she get a new battery for $250, which is a ridiculous price. Very poor customer service and communication. She was obviously overcharged. She will not be dealing with them again.
