Recently had my LC300 in for service & issue with front brakes.nBig thank you to Sonny who assisted in a very professional manner - once I demonstrated the issue & he advised he would work to correct it.nContacted me a few hours later to confirm a resolution - parts ordered & repaired the same day. Big shout out to Will and Neil during the recent purchase of our new RAV4. My wife and I have been buying our Toyota's from Neil and his team for almost 20 years. Will was always easy to contact and kept us well informed on the cars progress. Nice touch also that Cooper came over from service to say hello. My wife appreciated the detailed handover afforded her and is over the moon with the car. Thanks again to all.
Hats off for the excellent customer service received from Cooper and Sunny at Taringa. Had some major work completed on my Prado and I really appreciated the extra effort and follow up calls.nGreat work guys
I dropped off my car for a first service and was told that the price was not what SciFleet had very helpfully put on my windscreen. When I pointed this out the person taking the car said he'd look into it. When I pick up the car I had to start the complaint from scratch and stand waiting while the person at receptions 'looked up' my service agreement. In the end I was told I signed the agreement. So the fact that the sticker was wrong was my problem not theirs. Fine, but why then am I driving around with the wrong price in my face? Why do I have to waste my time debating $5 or writing this review?nnIn the end, the resolution was a very unapologetic 'apology' and a new sticker!
1 star for the lady receptionist provided excellent customer service.nRequested Toyota Taringa to fix the same issue for 2 years, but they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Fixed something else but didn't call to get our premissions and wanted us to pay.nTook our car to Downtown and requested to fix the same issue. They found the problem and ordered the parts from Japan for replacement under warranty.nWe won't return to Toyota Taringa. They are NOT the ONLY one Toyota dealer and service in Brisbane.
