Worst experience with a car dealership i have ever had. Once I had met with them to go through what car I wanted they were very slow at returning calls and emails bouncing between the finance to the sales rep. It wasn't until I told them that i was going elsewhere due to the 7+ day delays in returning multiple calls that they miraculously sent through all finance details (within 10 minutes). Then on the morning of the day i was picking up my new car, they call to tell me that they have only just completed my trade in checks and it won't be as much as we had first discussed (a month earlier). If it was checked within the few days after the discussion it would not have been such a problem. Slow and unprofessional. Will never recommend them to anyone, even just for a counter quote.

The best customer service by Ken. Much appreciated for your time Ken ..felt like VIPs and we had our red beauty with us...Right now loving its ride and you guys concern  about my car and its care( here i can say, there service isn't about to sell their cars, the service is about to look after the cars after got sold)..highly recommended to anyone who is keen to own brand new with VIP feeling....thanks everyone at Toowong MITSUBISHI......😊😊😊😊😊😊

We picked up our brand new Lancer ES Sport tonight, and we would just like to let you know that the staff you have working for you are very professional in every way.   Ken was our Sales person and he was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions.  Miranda sold us the paint protection and tinted windows package and she was also professional in the way she sold the product.   She wasn’t aggressive in her selling approach and was very professional.   You should be pleased with the way your staff conduct themselves.   We were very pleased with the price of the car, as we saw your advertisement on your website.   We looked at other Mitsubishi dealerships closer to us, but they couldn’t even come close to your price.   

Thanks again for a lovely experience buying our new car.

I would highly recommend Toowong Mitsubishi to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.  The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  Our vehicle has been running very well and we were 100% satisfied with our experience.

Excellent staff and service.  Bought a car as a surprise for our daughter. Josh was so helpful in helping plan the surprise. Made buying a new car a very enjoyable experience.
