Great service. Got special sized tyres in same day without notice. Received excellent 4 for 3 deal and free alignment in 6 months. Would definitely recommend.

Went in to get a new set of 4 tires replaced. Came out with my car having it's original 4 tire valve stem caps replaced with 4 random cheap brand caps. When called up about it a week later when I noticed the change, the best they could give me was "Look mate, we most likely binned them" and when questioned if it was normal for them to change these caps, "yea dirt gets in them so we replace them with every tire change". Just seems a bit odd to me that dirt is getting into a cap that is meant to serve the purpose of keeping air in and dirt out. Thought I would try supporting a Bridgestone Select since I was getting Bridgestone tires but I guess I'll just stick to my usual Jax at Michelton where the blokes are actually genuine.

Excellent service from this team. Prompt, courteous and very helpful.
There was a small miscommunication in regards which model tyre I required, which meant more expensive tyres were fitted. I was appreciative that the manager took some responsibility and did his best to give me a great (reduced) price.
I was also very surprised at this team's speed in fitting tyres and doing a wheel alignment, barely enough time to walk to a local cafe for a coffee.

Dishonest, untrustworthy, and incapable people with low-quality service and unjustifiably arbitrary prices. They have no respect and integrity towards the customers. I wonder how they are still in business. They charged me $170 only for changing engine oil and gave me a long list of required (but in fact totally unnecessary) fixes costing over $3000 for a car that is worth only $2000.
