I had my car here for a major service. The staff were so polite. The service was good  We got a 120 discount by using the entertainment book discount. They also cleaned out the front of my car (embarrassed to say it was pretty dirty) and left a free scent thingy. Pretty Happy

Rolled up with no appointment to see if they could get a screw out of my tyre. They sorted it out promptly and only charged me $42!! Can't be upset about that. Staff were cordial and easy to deal with. Would recommend.

Ok, So. This is how it will go. You'll book your care in for a service and they will call you in absolute shock telling you that your car needs so so so much work done and they have no idea how it's even still running. They gave me a list as follows.
Front and rear engine mounts 700
front and rear brakes and rotors to be machined...600
front and rear strut links 200
Alternator 600
Power steering pump 700
Ac compressor 700
Needs new suspension as well 1000.
I got the parts for the front and rear engine mounts and got another mechanic to fit them who said there was no point the old ones weren't that bad.
I've done another 20 000 kms since then and non of the above has ever given me a problem.

thank you for wonderful service, I had troubles and you went out of your way to accommodate my needs.   The situation was difficult but you found a means and provided services beyond.   When we finally got our vehicle to you we were kept up to date all the way again while you sorted things for us.   The service you provide is value for money not like the Range Rover Dealers.  Thanks again!

I found my car running very unusually slow when i drove uphills this Tuesday morning before driving to the class from indooroopilly to sunnybank. I noticed the car had stained oil under the engine. So i decided to drive to my mechanic Midas. Staff Dan and Leon were very helpful abd supportive to me. They not only squeezed their time to prioritize my car checking after knowing that i needed to go to the class, but also explained to me how to observe my car if similar issues come out. I can't appreciate more than the services i received from Madis. Absolutely recommend Madis, they are very kind, honest and reliable. Thanks very much for being the best!!!
