Great experience from Ali when I went for regular servicing. Not only was he very upfront about the entire cost breakdown prior to carrying out the servicing, Ali also took the time to explain the costs and need for certain servicing to be done. Found this really helpful as i know nothing about cars! He was very patient throughout and very friendly, really appreciate the good service. Did not at any point feel that they were forcing any type of service on me. Also really appreciate Ali going through everything that had been done to the car at the end of the servicing. 10/10 service and will definitely come back again
I get my Honda fixed here annually and today we were impressed by Ali's help and professionalism. He broke down the cost of each service and was very transparent with each fix that we needed. Am glad we placed our trust in them and are grateful they called to ask before proceeding with any additional services. Most importantly, there was NO PRESSURE to add on any of these services however we opted in because we felt it's been long overdue and would rather be driving with ease of mind. Thank goodness we did because the battery reports came back lower than the safe levels. Definitely would come back again! And thank you Ali for your help! and the hoppy's car wash voucher!
So convenient that it is in the Indooroopilly shops! Did my car service there with no issues. They sent me a reminder the day before and a link to a video on how to get to the area in the centre for drop off. Getting there was smooth and so was the service. Got in at 9am and left at noon. I'd definitely go back for my next car service!

$500 for a bottle of honey with free car service! wow! Customer service is great but honestly, I felt completely ripped off as staff didn't tell me the cost prior. Came here to do my 30 months service this week to be paid extra amount without being told the price mind you I've only driven roughly 18k/50k. Got charged almost $500. My heart sunk. I am unemployed due to school holidays and only got my Centrelink payment the day prior. Best they did was give me a 10% discount. Luckily you did not see the tears down my face as I was driving back home with $50 to survive the next two weeks with low fuel. I am doubting if I should ever come back here again. Thanks guys.
In addition to my new car service I was wanting operating details on a couple of features with my new car. Turns out the first service person gave completely incorrect information on a promoted safety feature. Next, the Service Manager could not give any information on the operation of this safety feature. After unsuccessfully fiddling with random settings his response was that he would look into it and get back to me via email. My scheduled appointment time was 9AM. Still no response from the Service Manager by the same evening. Left me with no confidence in the ability or professionalism or knowledge of these people servicing my vehicle. After sales service???? Seems non existent in this case. The customer waiting "lounge" was completely unacceptable. The cheapest available coffee pod machine that did not work except for dribbling out 1/4 of a cup of lukewarm water; no milk provided; no cool/chilled water available; the single available toilet was less than private...absolutely not suited for purpose and an insult to clients.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Absoluetly disappointing customer service. My Honda broke down 4 weeks ago, RACQ had to change the battery 2019 Honda. I contacted Indorroopilly Honda for warranty and refund. I was told the manager or someone will contact me. I waited for a week, so I contacted again and she provided me with an email to send the invoice. One week after and nothing happened so I called again for the third time. It turned out the email was not correct and the email owner was no longer working there!!!! They gave me another email and I emailed through the invoice again. After a week, again no one contacted me. I called this morning and asked to talk to the manager/supervisor and guess what, she hung up on me after I said I should not be caling 4 times for an invoice. Tried calling them extensions 2/2, five more times, I was on hold for a long time and eventually they hung up again and again. They could see it was my number I believe. I am very very disappointed and sad that I am stuck with this disappoi ting customer service for the next 6 years. I regret signing the contract with them.
I was first time here and was impressed by the care, ease and good customer service by staff. One of my best experience with Honda service. The staff at front were exceptional, listened to my issues with car and followed up. They really do care. I found the prices were reasonable and affordable as compared to other companies where you get bill shock. Good luck guys, you have won me over. Thank you. Go well. Nik
