I bought an Abarth 500 through the used lot. My consultant was the indefatigable Hannes. Great attention to detail they made sure the car was in showroom condition when it was given to me. They even fixed a couple scrapes it had. 

Brilliant service and excellent accommodation. There was a two week wait on parts for the car which was an external issue. The team was kind enough to loan me a brand new Subaru.

Bought my first  car from Subaru Toowong and it's been hell. 
Staff are rude and arrogant, not at all keen to educate me on the Subaru parts and services - 
When I bought the car, I negotiated for a service to be thrown in and the car to be courtesy dropped to my house. After a week, the car was ready and Toowong Subaru called saying they could drop the car off but I needed to drop her back at Toowong, in peak hour. After reflecting I could not do this, she threatened to not drop the car off. 

My car was recalled and they sent no information to me, it was Ford Torque in North Lakes who informed me. I called Toowong who were like " oh yeah, we can see it's been recalled. "  

I asked to be booked into another area, Toowoong could not make this happen
After this 800$ major service, I will never go back to Toowong Subaru. 

Don't buy your first car here.

Friendly, swift service. Gave me a great deal with warranty. Nathan did a brilliant job and really helped me out with the whole purchase and situation.

I'm lost for words. In my entire life I have not been so disappointed with a car dealer before. Our preferred Subaru dealership Bartons was a bit too far for us, so we thought we'd try this place. Unfortunately I regretted my decision within one hour after dropping off my car. The almost perfectly rehearsed phone call of the sales person will forever haunt me... Quote "I don't want to hustle, but..." were his words and the service price kept on increasing. A very unethical business, no morals whatsoever. Not sure how they can sleep at night... We should have never left Bartons, they are amazing.

Went  for a test drive with my pregnant wife on the weekend and fall in love with the Subaru Outback, the safety features of Subaru and attention to detail guarantee a safe environment for our new offspring, very happy with their service and Nathan did a fantastic job following the communication and paperwork! Very happy with the car so far not so much by the moody swings of the  wife ;) but the car make her happy at least for a while
