Excellent customer service, prompt, polite and professional. 

Have had my BMW serviced here a few times now and have had a great experience. A loan car when I need one, an offered lift to work if needed, I take my black car in dirty and it comes back clean and shinny!

I signed a contract of a new BMW X3 on 14-02 and paid $2000 deposit. But the contract was canceled as my car loan was declined. Couple weeks has passed but they still hold my deposit. I wrote an email to the business manager but nothing happened even no reply. 

Anybody could tell me what I can do next? Never gotten a experience like this.I didn’t break the contract and i just wanna get my deposit back ASAP!

Had a very bad experience with Brisbane BMW service. Following my last service with them, I had noticed an issue with fuel consumption and mileage display. Called twice and left a message and via e-mail but no response. Eventually got hold of someone and managed to book my car for a check up. The staff were very defensive right from the guy you drop off to the person who you finalise paperwork before pick up. The guy who took my details when I dropped off said " I don't think we can fix this" even before looking at my car. The customer service was shocking. They are interested only if you are changing parts or spending money on a service. I was thinking of buying a new car at Brisbane BMW but I went to Westside BMW instead few weeks later and bought a new car. Those guys were very good and gave me a pretty good deal.
