If you want to order a car, wait 9 months and pay full price this is the place to go. If you want anything other than the absolute basics in customer service or if you want your phone calls or emails returned from any levels of management I suggest you choose Cricks. Once you've been bullied into filling out the sales survey they don't care about you anymore.

I received exceptional customer service from both Dylan and Glenn at Mt Gravatt Volkswagen when purchasing my VW Tiguan recently. They went above and beyond in showing me all the features of the vehicle and how to use them.  In a world where customer service almost feels extinct, these guys proved to me that it does still exist!  Highly recommended

Good services on the date of our visit on sat 13th June 2020. Test drove a T cross and it was great.  However no one followed up on the potential sell at the time.  Instead I signed a Suzuki Vitara at Moorooka with Tim on 20th June 2020. Expected delivery next weekend.

I am not one to write reviews but I have to share my recent experience with Volkswagen Mount Gravatt. I called last Friday to enquire about a VW Polo as a trade in for our 2020 Ford Ranger. Allen was on it from the very first call. He took the details and worked with the Sales Manager Denny to offer me a very fair and reasonable price. The whole process took a few hours before confirming the details and the additional inclusions for our new Polo. We picked up our new Polo yesterday Tuesday, fitted with all of the extras. The transaction was so smooth and the price offered for our trade in was more than most would offer. The team was focused on ensuring the deal was fair for both of us, and I have to comment that Allen was outstanding. His responsiveness and attention to detail is second to none. He has a broad understanding of the industry, he understands current market trends, and is approachable and personable. We are grateful to be in our new Polo and to have met Allen and the team at VW Mount Gravatt. Please look no further than to contact them if you are looking for a new car. Additional to this, we have owned many cars over the years and always come back to VW. We have had 9 of them in total and they are definitely the best in terms of value for money, quality and economy. We refer with confidence.

Dean was just awesome!!! He worked with me to sell me a 2012 Golf GTI and the experience was amazing!! The Finnace team there is amazing they got me approved in no time and I drove the car away after only a couple of days. Excellent job to everyone involved and thank you!!
