I purchased a Mitsubishi car from Motorama pre-owned in Moorooka today Let me tell you they are the best Customer service they are the friendly people ever. Corey was amazing he’s very helpful, fun, energetic and fast at doing his job. His vibe is awesome Jamie was also nice and helpful, my car finance got approved the next day I apply, she was really focusing on how to get me a car ASAP when I told her and really fast in replying and trying to sort out my finance paperwork. Came here for a 75000klm service on my Holden SS. Very happy with the customer service from the staff. They rang me later to discuss the problems with the car and suggested replacement of worn items. Brakes, tyres and batteries all replaced. Very happy with the ute afterwards. They even washed the ute for me. Easy to get a booking and no waiting.
Always polite and efficient. Seem do to a good job servicing my car. Disappointed that it wasn't washed this time, like it has been all the previous times I've had a service. Update: Taking away a star because the oil warning message was not reset hopefully they changed the oil and even though I've tried to reset it, it comes back.Services: Oil change
Recently purchased my new Colorado Storm Dual Cab 4x4. Must say my first Holden in many years. Big thank you Adam for hooking me up with this car. A big thank you Liarna for the after sale work the protection etc and also David for the finance side. Was a great experience and very happy with the out come. The only thing that was missed was the weather shields but it was raining so maybe when it gets it first service next month. Lastly to Monique for helping me find the right page..
Needed code to program my key as had lost the original. Service was quick and they were helpful and polite
I am calling for help here cause I can't even get a call through to them on the phone today. Will they even notice.The parts department is a disgrace. I ordered a new key for my VY commodore back on August 11th. Was supposed to take 3 to 4 business days. It is now the 22nd of August. I have placed many unanswered calls because they don't seem to answer their phone. Today they are straight out not accepting calls. I paid $160 for the key when I placed the order. They don't know where the key is and give negative feedback about obtaining the key code for the key. I thought this was supposed to be an official Holden dealer. Aren't they supposed to be able to do this stuff. I feel like I'd have better luck at a Suzuki dealer. This experience at Motorama Moorooka has been very negative, upsetting and very very inconvenient for me. Wondering how long until I can get back on the road. Also they are not that busy. I drove my sons car in one day that I couldn't get through on the phone and the place was pretty much empty. I wish my job was that easy. Still waiting for my paid for key that's out there in limbo somewhere. I sincerely wish that I took my business to Zupps at MtGravatt. They seem a whole lot more friendly and helpful over the phone. Now regretting that I have already given Motorama Moorooka my money for nothing but a nightmare. Hoping they read my review here and give me an answer because I'm more than annoyed by now and can't even get an answer over the phone today because their slack parts team won't accept phone calls today. How pathetic is that. Why do they say 3 to 4 days if they very well know it's going to be more than that. Does anyone there have any idea at all about how long it is actually going to take. I don't think that the manager will be in touch. They have my number already. I'm the one with a VY key on order under the name Adam. My phone number is with the details. I doubt I will hear from anyone there.
I bought my car at Motorma Hillcrest and I regularly bring my car there to do logbook servicing. The waiting time is short and the people there are great. There is tea, coffee, biscuits, and fruits provided while you waite for your car to be serviced.
No complaints. These guys make everything easy and seamless. Text them, call them, whatever suits you best. The waiting area is pretty comfortable also. Perhaps the only thing missing is a shuttle bus of sorts but for me, I am able to walk home while waiting for my car anyway. I later sold my car back to them and Troy was very helpful.
