Buying with Toyota Motorama used vehicles has been the best experience I have ever had buying anything. Every single staff member took the time to get to know my partner and I and make us feel so incredibly comfortable with our first big purchase. They provided the most outstanding service and are so incredibly helpful even after buying the car. I would highly recommend these guys.

Really happy with my new Cruze. The guys in used cars and Jonathan in the finance dept were excellent. Would recommend them to everyone.

Their whole team is rude!! Their finance Mgr - JONATHAN threw my car papers in bin in front of me saying he won’t do it for me when I said I want to check the finance docs before I sign. .. prior to this I kept my patience when I had to go there 3 times because of their own mistakes. 1) they added a dealer of $600 and tried to hide it till the last minute of signing. $600!! 2) they made a wrong contract by putting Manual in it rather than auto. So let me ask them, is it my mistake ? Even their branch Mgr is rude. I was sitting there confirming to manager I’m buying it and asked can I test drive this one too? He said with a blank face “they all drive the same”. That’s it! Nothing after that. I’m escalating this to Toyota top management and will let them look into it.

Do not use. DODGY! Took car in for service and air con regas. Drove out with the car blowing hot air. Took it back and they told me the evaporator was gone and needed replacing (cost in excess of 2k). Took the car for a second opinion to be told that it didn't look like it had even been regased and that the evaporator was fine. Needless to say I now have cold A/C and will never return to this place.
