My experience with this team was exceptional. Edward immediately set the stage for a successful and personalised interaction by actively listening to my requirements, particularly my need for a fast turnaround and my recent frustrations with other companies. The vehicle I was interested in was not on site, but with the prompt assistance of Alan, the team had it returned for viewing within 15 minutes. Edward then seamlessly introduced Jamie, who handled my finance application with remarkable ease and clarity. Jamie's kind and dedicated nature made the process relaxing, she even stayed after hours to ensure the application was submitted. I was approved for finance and drove away with my new car in less than 24 hours. The welcoming atmosphere and the courtesy of the team, including the offer of coffee and hot chocolate, created an incredibly positive environment. The warm, collaborative energy among the staff and their commitment to customer satisfaction made this an outstanding purchase experience. I was even given a beautiful gift bag from the team. They might be good at selling pre-owned cars, but not at servicing! When I bought a pre-owned car six months ago, they booked an appointment for regular servicing, and the confirmation email mentioned $168 as the servicing cost. Just a week before, I had to reschedule the date and time, and I asked again about the price, if it would change. The customer service assured me it would remain the same. I went to drop off the car on the day and repeated the question about the price; the receptionist said it would be the same.nnBut in the afternoon, when I went to pick it up, I received an invoice for $350, which included a labor cost of $268, and the rest was for adding fluids. But my surprise was yet to over as they suggested that I have to change the battery immediately, although I bought a new one just 5 months ago. They suggested it would be best to change the battery ASAP, along with the tires, brakes, etc., which could cost over $1000.nnAs I have a warranty for the battery, I called the insurance, and they sent a mechanic that evening to replace it. However, the mechanic found the battery was fine; I've attached both reports, and I don't need to change it – he even showed me the reading on the meter multiple times.nnWho should I believe? I feel like they ripped me off. I'll never go there again for servicing.
Everyone has been so lovely to deal with. From Alan who assisted us with a number of test drives, Ryan and Jack helped me with the final decision and paperwork. Tenaya was so nice and helpful with securing my test drives and running through additional options. Overall really great experience and everyone was very helpful. On pick up day, our car was all ready with a lovely bow just to complete the experience.
We recently purchased a car from new car salesperson Corey Huang. He was very accommodating to our needs and was very patient in answering all our questions. Corey explained everything to us clearly and made sure we knew he was available to call if we had any more questions. Upon picking up the car, he showed us all the features of the car again! and made sure we were comfortable and prepared for our first drive out of the dealership! My family and I deeply appreciate Corey's help, and would recommend any prospective buyers to ask for Corey during a visit to Motoroma Mitsubishi.
