I cannot recommend Liam enough! Right from the get go he was honest and open with a no nonsense approach. This paired with Mitch's super fast and easy finance had me driving away in my new car with just a 1 day turn around! These 2 gentlemen have shown, no doubt some of the best customer service in SEQ. Without out a doubt, the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone that handled the various stages of the delivery process was very friendly, professional, and focused on ensuring that my experience exceeded my expectations. Even after taking delivery of my Raptor, the after delivery customer service with my sales person Holger and the service department had been exceptional! I had some below average experiences in the past, but the team at Motorama Ford set the benchmark in customer service. As a veteran, the team knew exactly how to handle the DVA requirements for gold card holders, which made the entire process effortless. It’s hard not to immediately love a Raptor, but a major part of the positive experience I had was due to the efforts of the team at the dealership. Thank you!
