Do yourself and your sanity a favour, but your new car elsewhere! I bought my Triton 2016 in July of 2016. I paid $650 extra for the reversing camera to be installed on my rear view mirror. It didn’t work from the get go, and after bringing it back no less than EIGHT times, it took me demanding my money back and telling them to take it out and I’d put my own camera in before they fixed it by putting a new wiring loom in. When I bought the car, the sales man said, “if ever you have any problems with the car, here is my number. Just get hold of me and I’ll sort it” to which I called and his response was, “That’s a service issue. Why are you calling me about it?” So, if you do decide not to heed my warnings about buying a Mitsubishi from here, please do yourself a favour and don’t deal with Mark Briggs if he still works there. You’ll get treated with the least amount of dignity possible. Buy the car and walk out is all he cares about. Also, DO NOT give them your email address. They will spam your email relentlessly, and the “click here to unsubscribe” at the bottom of every email must just mean send all new emails to this person twice. Cause it surely has done nought to slow them down some six years later. At this point it’s harassment.
Dropping the car off was quick and simple. The guys kept me informed of the extra things that needed to be done, and let me know when they were finished. Payment was super simple with the link and when I picked my car up, they took the time to show me and explain to me about a slight problem with the rain sensing wipers. All up a great experience.
The staff are all really friendly and helpful, great group of people. They do seem a little disorganised though as there was a few times where I was told dates or told I would be called back that didn't happen. Would have been nice if there was a way I could see where my car was without having to ask someone and be given payment information more than 1-2 days before pick-up.
We just purchased our second new car from Zupps Mt Gravatt due to our car being t-boned. Aaron and Peter went above and beyond have my new car delivered in record time. Aaron and Peter had me behind the wheel in less than a week after making an enquiry. Not a lot of genuine salesman out there these days with the car market being what it is, but these guys will definitely go the extra mile to look after you. Thanks again guys!

Warning : when dealing with Zupp Mitsubishi Mt Gravatt service department. We had our vehicle serviced by them for years with battery replacements. Recently battery died again, brought it back, they have no records on file and asked for proof. Brought in the proof then they turned around saying we bought the battery from parts department and was not fitted by them which is a complete lie! We confronted the manager, Paul he pointed out the invoice was from their sales department which we were not aware of. They deliberately cheated their consumers by issuing invoices this way so please ALWAYS request and check information on your tax invoice carefully.
Fantastic service from Michael in the service department. He always goes above and beyond whenever we book our car in for servicing. We simply can’t fault anything. So appreciative of Zupp’s Mt Gravatt the I drive 3 hours for them to take car of my new Outlander.
I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with their window tinting service and customer service experience. Tinting window costing $750 was not done properly in the first time with bubbles and marks and it wasn’t even all fixed till their 3rd attempts. I would expect there is nothing to fix or repair when buying an almost new car Demo car with less than 1300km. In fact, I wait for more than 2 hours at the dealer for “under warranty repair” after a month from purchase. On the day when I first pick up the new car, I was told to bring back the car anytime to fix those faulty bubbles from tinting and was told it takes only 20mins for them to redo the work. Pictures were taken by a window tinting consultant staff and I was assured they will look after all those faulty spots when I bring in next time. When I brought in the car a month later, I would expect staff will bring out their notes or pictures they took previously and know what to be fixed. However, I need to check all window again myself and point out where the bubble and mark is. I was told by the window tinting consultant that all window films will be redone and again it takes about 20 mins. I end up sitting there for more than 1.5 hour and find out surprisingly that they decided to fix 2 windows instead of 4 as promised. There is no apologies from staff about the unexpected extended wait time. There is no communication while I am sitting there that they will fix less windows than promised. I then have to prove bubbles / marks again to them and they took the car back for a further fixing more sitting and waiting. Window tinting consultant advised technician can’t identify those faulty spots as those marks are only visible under sunlight and apparently the workshop is not bright enough for them to see. I personally would not recommend anyone I know to get window tinging with the dealer after this unpleasant experience.
The service team are absolutely wonderful, the sales team however are the complete opposite, I have purchased a car and emailed and called the sales team requesting a quote to get sensors installed. Been 2 years and still haven't received a response from them even after following up.
