Last week, I bought my first Mercedes Benz from the Macgregor Dealership. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy a new Mercedes. The sales team was very professional, and their customer service was impeccable. I was very impressed by Aiden, one of the sales consultants, for his friendliness, sound knowledge about the car, and willingness to go the extra mile each time to help me choose the right vehicle. Other team members, Terri and Jason, were also very helpful, and were always happy to answer questions I had about buying my first Merc. Thank you Mercedes Benz Macgregor for doing such a great job! I will be coming back again.

After visiting multiple dealerships in search for my next car I can definitely say, others should learn how to do the business! We live in the era of the common say " sell, sell,sell" , " close the deal"... Fair enough knowledge of good sales techniques is a gold but interrogation tactics are becoming overwhelming. By all means these consultants did ask the same questions as others but in the most subtle way and when we let them know that we were getting to the point of discomfort, they most certainly went back to the good , old customer service. At the end of the day, we go where we feel comfortable,well treated and respected. Thank you Jason and Aiden, we coming back . Your product knowledge was very pleasing.

Great service including after sales. Some months later I discovered a shortfall with the rego expiry and Zane at MB sorted it our pronto, same day. Thanks guys
