I was brought him the door big box cars thanks to the CarSales appraisal process. Evaluation they gave me for my vehicle was frankly insulting, this is compared to multiple out of evaluations I received on my car in the past few months. Likewise the vehicles they have in stock are highly overpriced compared to similar examples on the market

I purchased my car at Big Box Cars about a month ago, it’s literally perfect! The whole dealership is very professional, the biggest car yard I’ve ever seen. All the cars are exceptionally clean and tidy. Frag was my salesman, he was amazing! So easy going and just made the whole process exciting and stress free. Dori helped with all the finance side of things, she was so so helpful and fantastic to deal with! Couldn’t have done it without her, she’s amazing.

Bought a 4 wheel drive from this place recently. After tons of scams online and dodgy vehicles at other dealerships, Big Box Cars was a pleasant and refreshing experience. Worked with Max in finding the right vehicle and Dori for financing. Both team members were exceptionally friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
The service seemed very good before you make the payment because they have the motivation to sell. However, as soon as an issue rise up, Jack is reluctant in helping me resolving the issues. He also said he will help me contact the workshop to arrange the time but he never got back to me. You will be lucky if you have no issue with the car after you purchase it from big box cars. The good service before the sale does not deserve a good review, it is what the service they offer after the sale during the warranty period that really matters.
Had a great experience with Frag, the whole process of trading in my old car and getting a new car was so easy and quick. Made the deal on Tuesday, picked my car up on Wednesday after the tinting had been done - so fast and easy. Would highly recommend Bigboxcars to anyone looking for reasonably priced cars, where the sales people are honest and don't pressure you into buying.
Our experience at bigboxcars was brilliant from start to finish. Frag, one of the friendly sales experience guides, invited us to roam freely through the huge selection of vehicles in their roomy undercover showroom and came as soon as we called to get more info on the car we liked. He then suggested we take it for a drive for as long as we needed. Once we decided it was the car for us the paperwork was done quickly and easily. The pick-up process was equally stress-free, with the bonus of a full tank of petrol and 12 months roadside assist. Highly recommend bigboxcars if you're after a recent pre-loved vehicle in excellent condition and competitively priced.
