I’d not been to bigboxcars Sales,  before, so I had no prior knowledge of their business. The particular hybrid car, colour, and low kms that Id been chasing was in stock, and for a decent price. It was easy to make an appt to view and test drive, and Rachel  was accommodating when I needed to change times. Rachel lead me the process informatively and professionally. As a single female, purchasing a car on my own, I felt a trust in the service provided. This is not always the case with car dealers.
