Recently purchased a truck from East Coast delivery to Albury was seamless - An issue with registration was sorted in quick time by Ben & Jacqui no problems - exceptional customer service being kept in the loop the whole time

We wanted to take the time to thank Craig Alpen at East Coast Trucks. From the moment we met Craig he was very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to find us a truck, (even on a Saturday!!) He really knew his stuff & there was nothing that Craig wouldn't help us with in trying to achieve our goals in finding a perfect truck suited for our business. Craig was nothing less then an awesome guy, super chilled, cool and so easy to get along with. Not once in our dealings did we feel pressured or uncomfortable, (which is not the norm for salespeople dealing with a young couple right?) This guy honestly doesn't get paid enough and is an asset to the East Coast Trucks team! Thank you again Craig, until next time! Laura & Joel Parsons :)

Hi, I have bought an Isuzu FVZ 1400 tandem tipper my business. The truck has been great and the staff have been fantastic. I had trouble with a slipping clutch and they tried adjusting it for me nut it needed to be replaced. East Coast came to the party and helped by paying for the labour to replace the clutch. I had a bit of a problem with the new clutch. Took it back today and they have bent over backwards to fix the problem and even worked back today so I could pick it up early in the morning and not miss the job I have tomorrow. Thank you all very much. It is much appreciated. Regards Robert Brennan.

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly and approachable staff at this dealership. They did not judge me or pressure me and seemed genuinely interested in supplying me with the perfect truck for my business. I will definitely be back and recommending these guys to my family and friends.
