Got a BMW from the super shop. Excellent service and friendly staff. By the time I rate this shop, the car’s got no problems and always works well. Recommend to other buyers. There are many sorts of German vehicles, just feel free to buy and pick it up whatever you want!

Today i went to have a look at the cars, if I can find a suitable car for me ?

I was looking around Mercedes Car 2005 model with low K's on odometer, about 110000+. I talked to the salesman about this, people they used the car for 13 years, which is about 8500 Kms per month, and  23 Kms average per day. I was very casual to talk these words with the salesman. I did not have any offensive word during my discussion. 

The salesman start to say, this car is not like Uber Car, people they spent $150K to buy this type of car, look after very well and parked in shed. I said, i dont believe it. its so strange to buy with $150k, look after and park in Shed, that made the salesman very upset and came back with so arrogance, and very rude, almost want to fight with me, pointing the finger, if you dont believe me that means i am Liar(I did not mention that he is liar or not, i very casually said, i dont believe to park the car in Shed for 13 years), how you can say that i am a liar, very strange and funny attitude. within the same premises, there is one more company owned by a Chinese Person, with a nice sales person, very nice and answered everything question whatever we were looking, absolutely opposite attitude to this company. 

I would not spare this kind of sales people if they are working for me, i am also running company for 13 years with 30~40 people. I will never ever see this kind of sales people if they dont respect my clients. 

very disappointing experience. Its a pre-caution for anyone who wants to visit this company, just listen what the salesman says, but do not raise any question, otherwise you will be treated very harsh, nasty. be careful.

Went in to look at a Mercedes-Benz off a gumtree listing. Advert said immaculate condition, it wasnt. Broken interior pieces in the centre console, torn & bubbled window tint. Brake rotors front and rear lipped and undersize, front and rear brake pads near metal on metal, engine leaking from the valve cover & water pump. Was met by the most pushy salesman on earth who before even driving the car asked if i want to buy the car today. When i asked if i could drive the vehicle i was told to leave and go look at other cars because this is 'proper Mercedes-Benz dealership' and we take our business seriously. Absolute piss poor service. By both the manager and his husband "Cleary lovers". If Mercedes-Benz had witnessed what service you are providing to a customer looking to buy one of their vehicle's. They would be ashamed. Absolute joke of a dealership. Will never be returning or be recommending anyone.
Next time you approach someone looking for a car, don't be a slease and push people. Had I've known about this. I wouldn't have driven across town and waisted 2 hours of my time. You are both absolute fuckwits. The car was in absolute rubbish condition. Rethink how you refurbish cars and how you advertise them. And how you treat customers. Yes I was going to see another 3 cars that day. But so What? What business of that if yours? The point of car shopping is to test drive and find something I like. 
Isn't that the point? Wich in the end I did at another dealership. With perfect service and quality cars. STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I visited Supamerc in November 2015 because they listed a car that interested me as a weekender and the service I received was exactly as described on the website - no pressure, and very easy to deal with.  All the staff were friendly and straightforward, they let me have quality time with it before I decided, we did the deal in minutes without mucking around (which is the part of buying a car I dread most), and they delivered it when promised and in great condition.  I've owned the car for nearly a year and it has proven to be a great purchase.  I will replace it at Supamerc when the time comes, and would recommend them to anybody.
