I have been a Toyota owner for the past 18 years but I'm starting to change my mind about it, manufacturers like Kia and Hyundai have caught up in quality and have better exterior and interior design and are also generous with extra features unlike Toyota; Toyota also refuses to play the EV game which is foolish in my view. I still own a Toyota but if in the next 3 - 4 years Toyota doesn't get better I doubt I'll get another one; if I was to buy a car today it wouldn't be a Toyota.
This is a dealer parts distribution warehouse not open to the public, supply's all parts you have listed but to Toyota dealerships only.
I have found rust in my 2017 Hilux on the front edge of the windscreennMy local dealer 100% agrees with me that the rust is from manufacturingnhowever Toyota will not come to the party and repair.nThey feel there is a stone chip and this is why it has rusted this is not the case.nThe service manager and the repairer both acknowledge that there is no stone chip and therefore should be repaired under the 60 month corrosion warrantynToyota have had other Hilux's with this very same issue and have repaired under warranty i dont understand how Toyota can refuse this claim
I just went into Motorama Toyota at Brown's Plains and was totally blown away by their friendly and efficient service. Young man named Kelly from the parts division, installed my defunct Bluetooth in a few moments!! Toyota your excellent reputation is well deserved. Thank you to the guys over there at Motorama Brown's plains.
