Have to be the worst after sales service I’ve experienced,I have a 2014 forward fold curser & after having it serviced at my local caravan & camper workshops before the summer my mechanic noticed that the trailing arm suspension on the driver side has a bend in it,he’s then put levels & rulers on it & taking photos of it, he’s said there’s no way that I could have been bent from normal towing  & put it down to a manufacturing fault.
He’s then email mdc in Melbourne with photos & his opinion to witch he had no response, I’ve also in the past 2 weeks been in touch with mdc twice in regards to a leaking water connector & twice I’ve been told they will get back to be ASAP & im still waiting.

Despite reading mixed reviews about MDC sales staff I am generally happy with my experiences since purchasing a Voyager (CYE) camper trailer a year ago. 
MDC recently replaced my inbuilt (MDC brand) 240v battery charger and two AGM batteries after the charger failed causing the batteries go flat (potentially damaging the batteries). 
MDC advised me they are replacing all these faulty chargers but I wasn’t made aware of this until mine failed and I contacted them about it.
So if you have an MDC brand charger fitted I recommend you check it before your warranty expires.
A big thanks to Lara in the MDC service department who was of great assistance on this occasion and supplied the charger and batteries at short notice.

Well made,only had a few things that was kind of yo!!! When we put a down payment sale person said we'll RING YOU when you are to make next payment cool OK well we rang them to give them next payment, and then we had to ring them again to make final payment. Then we decided to give them another call to say we would be down the following weekend to pick it up. SORRY YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK IT UP, WOULD have been nice be told this when we made final payment. Trailer is well made and fitted out.

We got our first Mdc trailer in 2013 soft floor loved it it never had any problems, we have now just got our hard floor forward fold love it, 
I don't think it matters what make you buy there will always be flaws in them, so far we have had no problems with Mdc campers.
