Very disappointing service, whenever trying to book my truck for service call will never be answered by service department, will do rounds and come back to reception. left the details with reception but would never get a call back. It is brand new truck we bought of you which we are trying to get serviced not someone else's.

Slow service. 
I service machines too so I know how long it takes for certain tasks. 1st service on a Mercedes Sprinter van that was booked in ahead of time and I waited for 5 1/2 hours.
To replace engine oil and transmission oil!  All that time I wait I am not earning money for my company.
Have asked before about getting the work done overnight and told they don't offer that service, take the vehicle in and see a sign on the counter advertising that they do.

Hi all just thought you should know that if you are in the market for a second hand truck look some where else. I spoke to three different sales staff when i ran them to find our information that other companies had on hand. It is a month later and they still haven't bothered to call my back. In summary don't waste your time with Daimler.
