The service here was incredible from start to finish, Bobby went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (there were lots!) and to help in any way he could. Communication was also top notch - all email and phone correspondence was very quick. In the end I got my perfect car and I have Bobby and the team to thank. Very happy customer!

We are absolutely delighted at the level of service we received! We purchased 2 inexpensive used cars from them and both had 2 small defects that were rectified straight away and we were given a loan car for the duration of repair. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending you go there for your next vehicle purchase! Ask for Mark...ASK FOR MARK.

We just had an awesome experience with the Brisbane City Automotive Used Cars team, when we first came last Saturday to browse for the Kia Carnival. Didn't expect to make a deal straight away. But fortunately, thanks to the helpful staff we could find a right car (with useful extras) and finance on spot. Special thanks to Arona, Rose, Brendan and Michael. These guys know their job very well. I definitely recommend this dealership place for anyone who is looking for a great service and quality product.

Cant be happier with my new purchase. The service from Brisbane City Automotive was excellent from the start to the end. Dealt with a gentleman named Mark who was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and was very patient with me while i put him though his passes. After doing the rounds at other car yards and dealing with pushy used salesmen i came back and did a deal with Mark. Now i have trouble free motoring and a car yard / salesman who stand behind there word. Thanks again to Brisbane City Automotive and Mark for making this process that much easier.
