Excellent customer service by Allan Yu. I contacted Allan when I was looking for a Toyota Corolla. Allan promptly contacted me and secured the car for me at a dealer special rate. Allan was attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. He was very patient and thorough in assisting me every step of the process from my first contact to picking up my car. I couldn't be happier with my new Toyota. I am impressed with the service ... a 10 out of 10 from me.
I'd like to give a big shout out and thank you to the team at Southside Mt Gravatt in helping me buy my new Corolla Hybrid - especially Matt. He has been incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the journey, answering all the questions I have along the way, even after I have purchased the car. Nothing was too much of a hassle, and he managed to secure the car I wanted in the colour I wanted in a short amount of time especially compared to other dealerships. Quality five star friendly service!
Excellent service from Jack and the friendly reception staff. I would highly recommend buying from this Toyota dealership. We went to other dealerships where none of the sales staff would get off their seats even though they were not with any other customers, obviously were not interested in a sale. Thank you for such a smooth experience in purchasing our new vehicle!
Very average service received from Wayne on the collection of a LC79 today. The dealership really needs to make more of a effort towards there customers to make them feel valued instead of I couldn't care less, here's your car, get on your bike!
Rebecca or Bec as she introduced herself was rude, demeaning and interrupted me several times when I attempted to explain my issue. When I said “I was speaking and you interrupted me” she then said “if you’re going to speak to me like that I’ll terminate this call”.nI’ve read your core values and Bec doesn’t appear to give a damn about your core values. Very sad level of service for an Assistant Service Manager.
