I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this establishment. The front desk staff member was shockingly angry for reasons I couldn’t fathom. Her attitude was nothing short of unprofessional—terrible customer service right from the start.nnI brought my car in to diagnose a noise occurring during low-speed braking. After leaving my car for three hours, I received a call from their admin saying they couldn’t find the issue but would try putting grease on a brake caliper to see if it helped. However, this “attempt” would be an additional cost of $180+ on top of the initial $180 I already paid just to be told they didn’t know the problem. Paying $180 just to receive a phone call asking for even more money to try a random fix is appalling. This isn’t diagnostic work; it’s a guessing game.nnI expected more from so-called “dealer-certified technicians” who couldn’t even identify the root cause of a common braking issue. They clearly lack both professionalism and expertise. If you’re looking to diagnose an actual problem, save your time and money—this is not the place for real mechanics.
Excellent customer service by Allan Yu. I contacted Allan when I was looking for a Toyota Corolla. Allan promptly contacted me and secured the car for me at a dealer special rate. Allan was attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. He was very patient and thorough in assisting me every step of the process from my first contact to picking up my car. I couldn't be happier with my new Toyota. I am impressed with the service ... a 10 out of 10 from me.

On 7/12/23, I called to schedule a service appointment, and Reyn took my call; He exhibited exceptional politeness and patience, providing thorough explanations. The customer service experience was outstanding, surpassing my encounters at other Toyota branches where the staff seemed less courteous and professional. Much appreciation for the excellent service.nnI highly recommend the Southside branch for regular servicing!
