From the moment we walked into the dealership to the day we picked up our car it was a truly pleasant and professional experience. James looked after us so well, he was very informative, up-front and easy to deal with. The 3 year old car that we bought looked like it was brand new when we picked it up. Would definitely recommend this dealership and would buy from them again.

I recently did a post purchase inspection there. After the inspection I found quite a few scratches on the leather interior and on the windows as well. Some scratches are very heavy. Also some fresh small dents on the exterior body around the front passenger side door, hood and rear bumper. Well, yes I bought this used car from somewhere else, but since I did an inspection at your place, shouldn't you be carrying out due care? I came to your place to let you care for my car not damage my car alright? Not satisfied at all. At least I won't recommend used car buyers to do inspection or service at this place.

Paul and James were both friendly and easy to work with. Great and speedy communication with no BS. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a new Volvo.

I highly recommend VOLVO to everyone, it is the most reliable and respected luxury car on the market. I particularly praise VOLVO CARS MT GRAVATT. The services there are professional. The service manager Sam Mackey did everything we ask for and beyond. My husband and I were extremely happy and satisfied, we look forward to going back there to buy a new VOLVO. I advise everybody to buy VOLVO IN MT GRAVATT AND SERVICE IT THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST!
