Probably one of the best Mazda Dealership in Queensland region.  The service from the staff is just phenomenal.  Especially Tom Yin my sales representative was just amazing from start to finish. He had the perfect attitude & was professional, friendly & exceptional with helping through the whole process of my purchase.  The showroom is big and plenty of Mazda models on display & to test drive from.

Mount Gravatt Mazda is an exceptional dealership. From the initial phone enquiry, to taking delivery of my brand new Mazda 3 Astina, i found the experience seamless and stress free. All team members i encountered were super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A special mention to Jayson - the sales professional who was extremely helpful! Jayson kept me up to date with the progress of the delivery, and he was very thorough explaining the multitude of features of my new 3! Well done guys!

Ryan was an absolute legend from the moment we walked into Mount Gravatt Mazda! Both Rob & Ryan helped me find the PERFECT car which I then took delivery of just 3 days later. Honestly cannot recommend this dealership enough, the customer service, welcoming vibe, smiles, laughter, communication - is all SPOT ON! It was a great experience purchasing a new Mazda CX5 sports . The process was stress free and pleasant. Julian is very efficient and knowledgeable. Jay is super patient , helpful and has a great personality . The whole team are friendly and lovely. Most importantly, they are honest people to deal with!

I have purchased many new cars in my life. Previous car September 2021 was from Mazda Southport with who I would have given maybe one star as their customer service was very poor! Where as dealing with Mount Gravatt Mazda was a 5 star experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, its worth travelling further in distance if needed. I love my new CX30 thanks Olivia my sales assistant ! Would have to be the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. A big thanks to Roberto for his contribution as well.

Olivia at Mt Gravatt Mazda was absolutely amazing. She was super professional and very organised but also very personable, funny and friendly. She made the whole process so quick and easy. I also want to mention Brooke in finance who was very efficient and good at her job. She was always one step ahead and had everything done in a super timely manner. Communication from both of these ladies was always excellent. They updated me with every step of the process. My car arrived less than 2 weeks after my initial enquiry, which is incredible compared to other dealership wait times of 6-12months. Loved the personal touch of the pink bow for breast cancer awareness month  The car is amazing and the team were a pleasure to do business with.

Thanks to Jay in particular, but also the whole team at Mount Gravatt Mazda. My car came a month earlier than expected and I absolutely love it !!  Jay tolerated my constant queries!! Having never bought a new car before I had no idea what I was doing. My baby is running so well and I will be back for my servicing.

I just bought my beautiful new Mazda3 from Mount Gravatt Mazda and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the lovely Aishah. From the moment we stepped in to test drive the car to the moment we returned to collect my new car, Aishah and the team were very welcoming and friendly and answered all of my questions. Best dealership ever!!! Tom was amazing right from the start, very professional and friendly. I got a fantastic price on a new Mazda 3 and an even better service from Tom and the service manager. He kept me informed while I waited for the car to be delivered in Australia. Crisp and pristine new car bought from the best dealer ever. MGM is the best, forget about the rest, just buy from MGM.
