I purchased my car at the start of the year and had a great experience. I have just taken it for its first service, and they were absolutely amazing. So accommodating especially with my newborn, they had a change table and offered endless refreshments whilst I waited and even offered me to sit in an empty office to breastfeed if I wasn't comfortable in the waiting area. All the staff are so amazing and genuine. I love the continuity of care even after purchase. They even offer a complimentary wash witht he service. My car is so shiny and clean and the service was quick. I highly recommend Mount Gravatt Mazda

We just got the car from MT Gravatt Mazda today, fantastic experience!  Tom Yin has been very helpful and working closely with my family to make overseas purchase and fast local delivery happened.  Tom is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.  Do look for him if you want to get a Japanese car fast in town upon your arrival - you don’t even need to pay extra for a short term rental car .

I was nervous about buying a ‘new’ new car, but Olivia made me feel comfy about the whole process, and put me at ease.nnAfter going for a test drive, I went ahead with the purchase, and a couple days later, I now own a lovely Mazda CX30.nnAll staff were friendly and I was recommend to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.nnThank you Olivia for looking after me.

We recently purchased our car from here. Unfortunately, our previous car was involved in an accident, and we needed to get a replacement urgently as it was affecting our work.nnThe service here was quick, easy, and seamless. We were happily welcomed by the friendly staff. They made sure we were comfortable.nnA shoutout to the guy who assisted us—unfortunately, I can't recall his name, but he was really good at his job. He explained everything, from the dos and don'ts for the car to servicing and washing. He also made sure to explain every small function of the car in detail.nnOverall, we are happy with our purchase from here.

I ordered a beautiful Mazda that arrived today.  Thank you to my salesman Tom and the team for making the experience a positive one.  I feel I have been looked after in a genuine way, paid a more than reasonable price for the car, and enjoyed a full tank of petrol upon delivery, a beautiful keyring and will have my first free service at 1000k. This is the second new car I have purchased from Mt Gravatt Mazda.  I was happy the first time and I'm happy again and look forward to zoom zooming with my car club.
