Recently purchased a new car with Zupps Subaru and I can’t thank the team enough, especially Terry and Rachel who helped immensely with the process of buying my first new car. Nothing was too much trouble, questions were answered when ever I had one, every step was explained with detail and reasons why, new car was presented great, on pick up all the details were explained to me and I knew exactly how to operate the features on the new vehicle. Thank you for taking the time to help me and being so lovely to my family who came along with me on this journey! Grateful is an understatement!
Worst service experience EVER. Had service done on my 2014 Forester. Given car back at 4.20pm, drove home with it feeling a bit off, then stopped to open gates, car would not restart. Rang them for 45 min with no answer and could not leave a message as the message bank was full. Had to arrange and pay for emergency tow as I was blocking my street. Finally spoke to someone at zupps who tried and tried to get me help. Finally the tech called me and said he didn't know what it was, but bring it back Monday, this was Friday, assuming it starts right? He said no mechanics work on Saturday, only apprentices who won't be able to fix it!! So now I am car-less for the weekend, trying to do kids sport, and get my daughter to appointments for her formal. And to top it all off, they cleaned the car interior and damaged the window tint on every window. SO VERY FRUSTRATED, the old team there were great. The new staff are NOT.
Terry is amazing. He’s very accommodating and knows what he’s doing. He’s done a great job explaining the differences between each cars. Very helpful and always happy to answer all my queries. Thanks Terry And the rest of the Subaru MG team!
Where to start! The new and improved team are absolutely awesome. Not only was the service done with care but because of a hiccup during the day and I get it there are things that are uncontrollable and sometimes things don’t go to plan but they cleaned my car, which they didn’t need too but was very lovely! With tough times and everyone being so needy, they handle themselves really well. I would 100% recommend them and will be returning for my next service. The service centre not only services Subarus but they are a multi service centre which is great. Will be bringing my Honda here. Perfect service and everyone is so nice
We spoke to Terry @ Subaru. Very professional and committed to the customer. Very focused on setting us up in the car that we needed and was best suited to. Subaru is a very high class vehicle and we are happy to continue to stay a Subaru customer
I've been here a few times and the service has always been great! Calvin from the service department is always super friendly and gives me the best advice for my car. Highly recommend the team here
Worst service ever, one lie after another, taken them 2 months to service my daughters car, one excuse after another and after service was done which to be fare they did fix the problem at the end but they left the screws out for the under tray and even I took photos 10 minutes after driving off from the service they didn’t want to admit they stuffed up. We all make mistakes but I can’t stand people who won’t admit they stuffed up and try to blame customer. Not going there ever again.
Had booked in for a manufacturers faulty part replacement. Drove for 3/4 of an hour in peak hour traffic and waited for service only to be told that the part was not available and I would have to rebook later. I then had a 3/4 of an hour drive home. What a waste of my time when a simple timely phone call could have solved the issue.
My eldery friend has been taking her Forester to the service since she purchased her car from there a few years ago. Recently the hatch back door stopped opening half way and she didn't know what’s wrong, so she made booking and took her car to the service department. She was quoted that would cost her around $600 to fix. She left her car at 9:30am. She hasn't been called during a day so she went there to see the progress of her car later the afternoon. The car wasn't fixed, the man at the service department told her they called but her mobile has no record of it, then he told her that the receptionist forgot to call her. Anyway the guy gave her a new quotation of $2,000 and going to charge her $50 for a day "to have a look". She was very upset and complained so he waived $50 charge. After hearing her story today, I googled "Subaru Hatchiback not opening" and found out that if you press "Memory" button when the car is on, it’ll reset and open the door all the way up again. I tried and it worked. This seems such a common things to do for Forester users as so many Youtube videos came up. You guys are so dishonest going to charge the elderly lady whose English is limited for just pressing a button.
Yes, very good. The only thing i have to criticise was that the stereo in the car was loud, so to me, when they test drive, they weren't listening for noises, from the car .. engine so forth. But the service was good .
