The best experience in buying a new car by far, from the purchase day through all the updates on the car location prior to delivery, the unveiling of the car from beneath a purple cloth on delivery day with subsequent individual walk through and setup of car features for both of us (not to mention the small gifts as a surprise) and lastly the after sales follow up call the following day to see if we were happy with the car. This personal service is how other manufacturers should treat their customers. A thank you to Sean Pereira for his help and an especially big thank you to Chantal Swanson for making the whole experience as wonderful as it was. I will certainly be recommending Infiniti and the Infiniti Centre Brisbane to all our friends and relatives.

Excellent customer service and Jasmina and makes the perfect coffee!

Just wanted to let people know that even though my husband & I did not buy a car from Infiniti, we found the staff to be very helpful and polite, even when we let them know we had chosen a different brand. I would recommend this car center to anyone wanting a high end car.
