My customer experience with this dealership was absolutely dreadful. I copped a rock in the radiator of my CBR650R, decided to replace the radiator myself as I have sound mechanical knowledge. The bike was still overheating so I decided to leave it to the professionals foreshadowing. 1 week later after I dropped off the bike I got nothing but blunt answers from the service managers and it took a while for me to get a clear answer from the sales manager Jason. Not only did they charge me $920.00 Inc. 12k Service + diagnosing heating issue and leave my bike in this state as per picture, wanted an extra $240 to put it back together. There were missing bolts, parts and they couldn't even fill out the service book I had to go back to Moorooka to get the book signed and pick up 3 grommets for the radiator that they coincidentally forgot. Turns out Pro Honda could not even diagnose a coolant system that needed a proper bleed. But for some reason a compression test and leak down test was required for which they said my 3rd cylinder needed to be looked at. I got the bike retested at the new mechanic and he said the tests came back fine. I would have been paying Pro Honda close to 3-4k to take the engine apart as part of their next step, when there was no issue with the engine at all. To me there is nothing Pro at all with Pro Honda. I would have expected better seeing as I bought the bike here.
I went to get a roadworthy certificate for my motorcycle several months ago. When I received the report from Pro Honda I was told several items required replacement or fixing. All up it would have cost me over $1k. Fortunately I never went through with the repairs and just recently had my normal mechanic for a service and asked them to check over all the issues identified. I was told that all of the items quoted by Pro Honda were in good working order or would not have an effect on a RWC. In addition to this, the only item that would prevent a RWC was a front brake sensor costing only $17.
a pricey shop but everything is usually spot on and you don't have to check everything when it comes out of the shop to ensure things are assembled correctly. reasonably impactful minor failing with the last service that would have been easy for anyone to do and to their serious credit, and the reason for the 5 stars, they responded within the hour of being emailed my grump and immediately made plans to make things right. in 10 years, this is the first instance of an issue i've had with them and their commitment to making good is exemplary the issue - was not a safety or workmanship quality. incorrect part fitment with a sizing difference. i recommend them - will still take the bike back
Absolutely lovely staff.... helpful and accommodating.... just purchased a brand new CMX500.... service couldn't have been better.....if u want a new bike then check this place out....well worth the visit....AA+
Went in for a look at some bikes and I just got laughed at by the staff, was kinda rude. Not very happy tbh.
Upon entering the store I was not greeted by anyone, I had multiple members of staff look at and make eye contact with me but no greeting or question if I needed a hand with anything. I entered pro honda as it was where I did my q-ride course and was now looking to get a bike and a full set of gear. I spent 15 minutes wandering the store, looking at all the gear and all the bikes. I did not quite know what I was looking at in regards to the gear and had plenty of questions however no one approached me at all during this time. I was prepared to leave store and that was when Jason approached me and asked if I needed a hand, Jason seemed like a very busy man and yet he took the time to ask me questions about what kind of bike I wanted and he ran me thoroughly through all the gear and showed me the difference between them all, as I am still just gauging what bike and gear to get I was not prepared to make the purchase however that did not bother Jason at all and he continued to learn what my needs are and try and match the best products to me. I would only go back to get myself fully set if Jason was looking after me, if anyone else was I wouldn't go back.
Jason and his team made buying my first motorbike an absolute breeze. Would hands down recommend any woman looking to get her first bike and accessories to go here. The team are friendly, informed, and not pushy in any way.
After a quick pay and leave shop because of Covid,I bring my bike home to find that a proper service that was paid for, was not done. My tyre that I had paid for was not changed at all. On further inspection I cannot see any evidence of my front forks being worked on making me doubt that this was even done. And even though they know I was planning to drive to Cairns, they failed to tell me that the bike is still running a bit rough and needs further investigation. Could they not have mentioned this to me, or investigated over the few days they had my bike?
Completed my Q ride recently with Mark as the trainer. Gotta say I was so happy with how he ran both days. I was pretty nervous about getting my license but Mark had so much patience and a very keen eye when we were doing the practical riding. He was incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain things easily. I cannot wait to get out on my first ride tomorrow and a lot of my keenness comes from the confidence I gained from Mark's training. Thanks pro Honda, see Yas in three months for RE
Poor Customer Service from the Spare Parts division. Placed two separate orders based on pre-check that all parts were in stock within Australia, advised 3 days for delivery. Two weeks later I call for update advised order 1 is coming from Japan now, and order 2 being delivered tomorrow. Two days later I go to collect order 2 only to be advised it has not yet arrived, but order 1 Japan has arrived, albeit is short as I requested 2 of part X but they ordered only 1 of. Following week I call again for update of remaining order, advised "it's coming". Following week I call again, advised it's arrived but they can't find it. Next day get call advising their workshop has reappropriated my order to fix another customer's bike and have re-ordered from Melbourne again. My order was for parts for THREE DIFFERENT bikes... the BS'o'meter on that excuse is high. In then end, FIVE weeks later I received my order. Why no call for status update of change from Japan? Why no notification when the parts arrived in the first place to circumvent them being taken by someone else? Why is one customer's order being taken to fulfil workshop? Will not be ordering from this company again.
