Paid $150 for a wheel alignment and check of my very rare HSV VXR500 Monaro and I noticed a clunky sound from suspension and when I inspected the steering arm tie rod was completely loose even though they had reinstalled the split pin they never did up the nut and when they adjusted the steering arm they didn’t cut the zip tie and readjust the boot so the boot is now all twisted and has a tear. Took me 10 mins to sort out and I’m just so disappointed with their service as they claim to be specialists and clearly are not. Photos are after I fixed. Update, still had a slight knock so investigated further and turns out they also unscrewed the steering arm from the rack instead of adjusting the rod end…see photo…just hopeless

First time back at Fulcrum Suspension  in over 20 years , I was impressed with the new workshop and location, Coopers Plains. Darren was professional  and friendly  , explaining everything in simple terms to me , I was more impressed while in the waiting room I received a video  via an sms link of the health and safety  check just  done on my car , going thru everything under my car showing me first hand   any issues that needed  attention and prioritising them for me . This is such a brilliant service where you can be assured you are only being informed of any current issues  with  your car and nothing more. The guys at the Signature Store in Coopers Plains were super helpful and very knowledgeable fitting my suspension kit to my GWM Cannon. They explained exactly what they were doing to my car and then did it without hassle. My car drives so much nicer now. Suspension is plush and alignment is spot on. A small squeaking noise was noticed after a few drives and they immediately fixed the issue without any dramas. Can't wait til they release the Upper Control Arms for the Cannon. I'll be first in line!

I had several tyre shops attempt a wheel alignment on my 4wd without success. Went to fulcrum and they conducted a free assessment and found several issues. They addressed those and performed an alignment which seems to be spot on. The service was transparent and very reasonably priced.

Took my Nissan Patrol in recently for a pre-Cape check and to assess what was required for a GVM upgrade. The team provided an extremely thorough report, including video evidence, of all issues and recommendations. Then worked with team via phone to design a solution that really suited my needs and budget. Got the work done and guys at the front counter were super helpful in explaining everything. Took it for a drive on the weekend and could not be happier with the result. Exceptional handling both on and off road...and GVM upgrade to boot! Highly recommended.
