I highly recommend getting your new bike from the team at Teammoto in Moorooka.nnIsaac and his boss gave me the best deal on my new ZX6R.nnI was so impressed with the way I was treated by the superb customer service on my initial phone enquiry that I jumped in the car and drove up from the Gold Coast.nnThey quickly organised a test ride on this newly delivered model.nnBy the time I finished the great deal, I had met a good number of the team. These guys and gals organised a new pair of boots and a great insurance cover, as well as my new bike, so I feel that I can truly vouch for the quality service across the board.nnI should also point out the value of the guys in the workshop that presented the bike in immaculate presentation and gave me a thorough run down of all the bells and whistles.nnI have no hesitation in doing all my service and parts purchasing with these guys.nnThanks so much team

I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received at Team Moto in Moorooka. From the moment I walked in, the team—especially Bella, Jasper, luke and Sian was attentive, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. The entire process of purchasing my brand new 2024 Yamaha MT-07 was seamless everything was explained clearly, and there was never a moment of confusion. They went above and beyond to help me through each step, from discussing financing options to finalizing the paperwork. I felt supported and confident every step of the way. I absolutely love my new bike, and it’s all thanks to Team Moto’s exceptional care and the amazing support from Bella, Jasper, Luke and Sian. Mmm a hard one to provide a review on.nnI was negotiating a buy price for a 2017 CBR1000RRA as the price was quite high compared to the same model with less KMs but those bikes were further away.  Their bike was $2000 over other bikes same model and similar condition.  We agreed on $1000 less after quite a few calls and let me ask management to approve.nnThe sales team were brilliant, customer focused and responsive.   Until I inspected the bike!nnThe drive to Brisbane was 3 plus hours and on arrival found the bike to be damaged from a crash/repair but was not a write off WOVR.nnThe sales person said it had usual wear and tear was an understatement.  The bike even had a poorly sprayed petrol tank, with red coming through the matt black finish!  Even the plastic repairs were poor.  Then, no service history or manuals and no under tail tools.  They said they rarely get them???nnI said I would continue the sale but only a further $500 less, which was still a $1,000 more expensive than other bikes of the same ilk.  This was rejected, so I left.nnI was angry, as at no point was it clear it had been in a crash and had dodgy home repairs, and the long drive to pick it up.nnJust a frustrating and waste of time and effort.nnShameful operations and they must mark up these bikes a few grand over other stores, are barely negotiable.  Serious business managers would look at the condition of the bike and negotiate more.nnI will not recommend, nor ever visit another TeamMoto store, as a result.  Six-seven hours on the road for this experience.

I dont normally write any reviews, Just recently do service my scooter, and I just found that one one of my left body not attached properly when I wash my scooter.nAnd 2 bold is missing.nAlways bring my scooter there for service.maybe will go other to service now and ask them to put new bolt.
