Absolutely blown away by Nathan and his team at Jax Marooka today. I rolled in on closing time like a proper a#&hole with bald rear tyres on my GTR. I explained that I was leaving for Airlie at three in the morning. Nathan organised 2 rear feet at a great price and got them fitted immediately. Now I will be safe doing those 200 plus kmh runs in the morning . I will definitely be going back to this spot 5 STARS !!

This place is absolutely fantastic and the service is awesome. I called this morning as our car had a tyre with a slow leak and we were about to drive back interstate today. They were amazing and squeezed us in - within an hour they had repaired the tyre. Genuinely really impressed : would definitely recommend.

Exceptionally bad experience with this shop. Brought my car in to fit tyres onto my aftermarket wheels with hub rings installed onto my car yesterday 20/12/2022. I entered the shop with four hub rings to only leave with two.  I only found out that 2 rings were MISSING after dangerous vibrations occurred when driving on the highway. I went back to the shop today 21/12/2022 and questioned the staff about it. They denied that the wheels came with hub rings, then blamed the vibrations are caused by my rotors. Considering that I am more familiar with my car as compared to the staff that only attended to my wheels, I knew that it was not my rotors that was chasing the vibrations.  The manager/supervising mechanic then outwardly called me a liar that I had brought my car in without rings. Keeping in mind that with the aftermarket wheels I purchased, ALL wheels came with these hub rings. Why I would be accused of lying and to waste more time at this shop over an issue that should not have been an issue in the first instance baffles my mind.  The thing that doesn’t make sense in their claim is that if hub rings were not included with my wheels, how one was miraculously found. The other was replaced by a cheap alternative that dented later in the day.  I now have to take my car to a mechanic to check over if any damages occurred from the vibrations as a result of their gross negligence. More $$  The staff were disrespectful and their solution was unacceptable. They are wonderful at shifting blame at everything else but themselves. Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop at all costs. Go to a local shop instead.

Terrible experience at JAX Tyres Moorooka, don't go here if you care about your car. We had tyres installed onto wheels with hub rings. They lost two hub rings and didn't notify us of it. Caused dangerous vibrations on the highway because of it.  After going back to them they denied even being supplied hub rings even though two of the four were clearly installed with grease.  I would avoid and go to a local shop instead.

Needed an uncommon tyre size due to damaging one over the weekend. JAX Moorooka had it in stock, and despite being a Saturday and quite busy they were able to help me out and have a new tyre fitted within 10 minutes. Huge thanks to Nathan and the team.

They try to take your car for a joy ride they make you do half payments so when they put the tyres on you have to go back in the office and they take it for joy ride. Also asked for my old tyres they took them out of sight and i didn't know witch were witch

JAX Tyres & Auto Moorooka is the best, the staff are very kind, friendly and professional. I will definitely go there again. I highly recommend JAX Tyres & Moorooka to anyone, they did the job to my satisfaction. Im a very happy customer.  Thanks once again guys for a job well done. You guys are the BEST.

Highly recommend, I've been going to these blokes for years, they're honest, and they do a thorough job. I brought an old car in for a wheel alignment, but when they check they found the problem was with a bent steering rod. No charge for the service

Great service from Nathan, Anita and the team. Really looked after me when I brought my car in to get the tyres changed. Attention to detail and friendliness went a long way. Will definitely be back.

Best tyre place in Brisbane and very affordable. Worth the drive to get these guys to do your next service or tyre change. Thanks heaps guys.
