I purchased a G63 AMG in 2022 and the buying experience was fine. I’ve had to take the car back several times due to issues and most recently, it was with them for the best part of a month. When I picked up the car, the seats, carpets, steering wheel and doors were all covered in oil. For a car that retails for $450k, it’s absolutely disgusting. Every time I’ve had the car back from previous services it’s been dirty, but never this bad. This company is focused on sales, not service so manage your expectations after they’ve taken your coin.

Tim and Valerie were amazing to deal with. The process from start to finish was seamless and completely stress-free. Test drives were no hassle and Tim took great effort to ensure we knew all the features and options available to us on the vehicles we liked. Day of delivery was also awesome. Handover was flawless and we drove away having the car already customised and programmed to our preferences. We never felt rushed or pressured and cannot recommend Tim and Valerie more highly!

Dropped off my smart four 2 today was very apprehensive about leaving it with a Dealer. But was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism that Peter greeted me with. He assured me that nothing would be done to the car that I wasn't ok with. He made sure all my details and my partners were covered so we didn't miss anything if something needed our attention. The car was fixed and ready to go in record time and under budget OMG. Yes will be back for sure. Highly recommend Peter @ Mercedes Breakfast creek rd. Thank you.

Our experience at Mercedes was the best we have ever found in this industry. When we first arrived at the premises, we were amazed at the positive energy, with all staff exuding a love of working for Mercedes- it was infectious ! We were introduced to our sales person, Maddie Wilson who was professional, knowledgeable, attentively listening to what we wanted & answering technical & other questions we had. We had looked elsewhere recently & we’re considering other vehicles but after our test drive we purchased the vehicle without hesitation. Definitely a 5 star experience!
