I had a fantastic result from Todd in the service department. I had a tricky problem with my Peugeot and he and his team got it fixed for me when other workshops couldn't. Information in regards to the problem was clear and explained simply. I can highly recommend this workshop!

Recently Bought a Grand Cherokee from BCA and the service was fantastic. All departments were a pleasure to deal with. Got a great deal on the car, finance and got the price I wanted for my trade. If you're buying a car see the guys at BCA!

I have so much confidence in Brisbane City Automotive Group. I bought a VW Golf from them in August 2017 and unfortunately it experienced an issue a few months later. Not only did they arrange to have my car fixed under statutory warranty, which meant they had to send it back to a Volkswagen Dealership and pay for parts and labour (which not many dealers would have been so quick to do), they also provided me with a brand new loan vehicle for over 2 weeks so I wasn't without a car. The level of service I received from them after purchasing a second-hand vehicle was mind-blowing and I can't even begin to express my gratitude to them for how streamlined and uncomplicated they made my experience. They initially bent over backwards to get me bank-beating finance (my finance broker even told me to use their finance because he couldn't even get close to the rate they got me) and then they bent over backwards with their post-sale service. Will be purchasing through your group again - a huge thank you (especially to your service team) Highly recommended!

The parts department quickly helped me order the rare parts for a Peugoet GTi. They were quick and efficient.

We have just purchased a new Skoda Octavia wagon from Brisbane City Automotive and highly recommend the dealership if you are considering a new purchase. Jacksen Scriven was excellent to deal with and is very knowledgeable on this product. Our overall experience from initially enquiry to delivery was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealership and Jacksen.
