WITHOUT PREJUDICE

So a Ferrari salesman and Ferrari Brisbane 

Have a solicitor send me threatening letters to sue me over my opinions and many other people of their opinions on the service we have been given, all coming back to the same point of view.

I personally was treated rudely from the salesman at Ferrari Brisbane,
I personally was insulted by the salesman at Ferrari Brisbane 
I personally was spoken about to other customers by the salesman at Ferrari Brisbane (and lies told to bad mouth another manufacturer to talk up their own)
I now was threatened by Ferrari Brisbane as well as their salesman individually for voicing my opinion by a solicitor 

I as a genuine customer and receiving this experience have every right to voice my opinion

My personal opinion would be to avoid Ferrari Brisbane and their salesman and rude service, if in the market for a high end super car / sports car and spending that kind of money travel ells where to even order the same product as surely you can’t be treated this poorly, spending this kind of money on a car you should have the whole experience and service.

Intern, all I asked for was an apology, and yet the threats came hard and fast, yet won’t even respond to my return correspondence.

In love with this place. Staff are so nice and let get close to the vehicles. LOVE IT

My son has a current fascination with supercars so I brought him here to see some up close. The staff were very understanding and had no issue with us looking at their vehicles. Some stunning cars on show and it was an unforgettable experience for the little guy.
