I had a Maserati into their workshop belonging to a friend of mine. The car wouldn't start and access to the battery wasn't possible as the battery is in the boot and the boot lock had failed. I managed to get some advice from an independent repairer (they wouldn't couldn't/didn't return calls when I asked for assistance) and had the vehicle towed. When I picked up the vehicle, on return to my office, one of the under bonnet covers was missing as were the special torx screws needed to re-attach the covers. The service manager had admitted to knowing that the screws were in the centre console. They’d moved one of the covers to the boot but hadn’t bothered to reattach. Nor did they bother to call as to the whereabouts of the 'missing' cover. Euromarque have walked away from the responsibility – even though the covers were there, as were the screws, it’s not their problem. A car worth $100,000, a repair nearly $1000 and ‘we won't replace'. Simply - Not Good Enough

My $160,000 brand new Maserati Gibhli makes this annoying scraping noise (at least once a week) from the steering wheel column when making tight turns. I provided video evidence of the problem and left if with them for the day yet they couldn't find the problem. Hopefully they can get it sorted at next full service due.
