Should have read further into the reviews, disgusting service from these muppets. Absolutely horrendous “customer service”. Service Manager Nicholas Hinton was rude, arrogant and dismissive, ended up having repair work done after a break-in Christmas Eve, and I say “repair” with caution as after claiming they had it repaired, a week later the mechanism breaks and they tell us that we are going to have to pay even more money to get the repair we expected in the first place. They misled us to believe that the mechanism had been reconditioned, and after being charged accordingly, turns out they simply “repaired” themselves despite our request. Thus, claimed no fault on their part despite the first time the mechanism was used, it failed. Service was horrendous, numerous loss of information and orders, and have decided to take the car elsewhere rather then pay the obnoxious prices they expected after they “repaired” the vehicle, but in fact did bugger all. If you want to actually have decent service, and actually be looked after, 100% go elsewhere.

Hands down, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Kudos to Jacksen Scriven for his fine work in getting the car I wanted as quickly as possible. Your product knowledge and aftercare has been second to none. Thank you to the whole team at Brisbane City Automotive for making the usually unpleasant experience of buying a new car, an absolute treat. I will be back here for my next vehicle

Three time my wife's car has been in this garage for various issues /repairs and after i have had phone call to say car is ready for pick up it has had to be taken back each time as issue is not fixed or they have stuffed something else up. I have spent thousands of dollars on my car with this Peugeot garage and can assure going forward i would not let them work on my kids skateboard. Worst ever service of any dealership for me by far, I would give you a details of issues but would take forever to list.
I have never before complained or felt the need to write about any dealerships. It is soured my whole experience with Peugeot cars, will never have another one.
Avoid anything to do with this service team.

Very happy with my new 3008 Peugeot. Jacksen went above and beyond to help check off a few requirements we had during the sales process. The car was made ready very quickly and well presented.
