Great experience! I've had some issues in the past with other repairs however these guys were onto it and did a great job.

Used these guys 3 times over the years. back when Col owned it they were better, still not excellent, but better. These days they are simply a sausage factory and this is what happens when a faceless corporate giant swallows you up. First experience good  under independent ownership. Second as per the first, the last was a minor panel repair on an Audi A5 and was abysmal, in a nutshell ill fitting panel, had paint checked by a painter and his word was "rubbish" (it was actually something else but you get the idea) Fantasy timeframes. Nil communication.Rude reception. They simply don't care about you and less about your pride and joy. It's just something that has to be banged out as cheaply as possible (to them, not you or your insurance)
Just because they have "authorised , recommended by..' status does not make them good. Do yourself a favour, look around, read reviews, ask for recommendations, don't assume that because they were once good they still are or you will be bitterly disappointed.

I took my Mercedes in here for a quote. All it had was a dent on back left side as another car opened a door in my car. I nearly fell over with their quote! $2600 to get a dent fixed. I know I’m a female so I’m not sure if they thought I’d be an easy target but absolutely shocking. I took the car bar to Mercedes. They fixed it, cleaned the inside and outside of my car all for under $700! 
Beware with the quotes you get from this business. Shocking

I wasn't optimistic at first but the work done on my vehicle was excellent. Scratches and damage to my white vehicle were repainted and touched up. I was expecting the repainted areas to stand out but I can't even tell where the damage used to be. I am very pleased.

They touched up some car park knocks on my imported car and matched the paintwork perfectly. I couldn't see any blending or even evidence of the repair except the new parts yet to have dirt on them.
