Had my car serviced month ago and few days ago my engine temp sky rocket to hot mark on idling. I havent notice any leaks from engine bay so the next day i checked the coolant level. I had to pour in 1.5L of coolant by myself. After i left my car idling for 15 minutes and everythng worked normally. Seems like blokes in the workshop ''forgot'' to refill my coolant all the way to the top after they drained it. People watch out if you take your vehicles there, some proper dodgy activity.

My go-to for servicing. Great quality work, never any bullshi*t from the guys and they do not rip you off. I used to do all my own automotive work for years but I trust Brisbane Automotive Service very happily now.

The guys fixed my daughters car when she dropped in with a problem. Helped her on the spot and the friendly service was terrific. Car all fixed! Nice work.

Wouldn't it be fair to businesses if their responses were also visible?  There are good customer reviews which are great.  There are bad reviews at times which sometimes do have merit as we don't profess to be perfect.  Then there are the lying reviews from people who don't get their way or lie, and just plain made up reviews either from inept competitors or their friends.  Google give people the right to discredit businesses but don't show responses from the businesses.  Fair is fair.  It should be mandatory to show who wrote the review instead of people hiding behind false names.
