Great Service! One of my my field staff reversed into an air-con mount sticking out from a wall and smashed the rear window of my Hyundai Van. I phoned Wayne at Novus who shuffled things around, Wayne quickly located the correct rear window locally and got us booked in. A few hours later the new window is installed, the van is now secure and water tight once again. Thanks a million, a real life saver. Highly Recommend

Quick and superior service (even over the holidays)! My hire car RHS rear passenger window got punched by some unknown drunk guy on New Year's Eve and i found out on the New Year's Day. I didn't hope anyone would answer but Wayne answered within 2 rings and advised part could be ordered straight away and fixed on 2nd Jan 2018. I went there around 1pm and everything got fixed within half an hour. Very reasonable price too. What moved me a lot is that without me paying any deposit on the phone, he ordered the window (a rare model - Suzuki Baleno 2017) and had it ready when I arrive. Thank you very much!
