work was technically perfect. they identified the problem correctly and staff too kept updating me on the progress. having been there thrice  this year, i can vouch that some of the negative comments are not exactly fair.
one must distinguish between the quality of work and dealing with highly overworked staff. I got very good care.

I have received brilliant customer service from 'Nicole' at the Brisbane BMW Bodyshop. A small body panel dent was detected by her expert eye and on another occasion I had repair work done to scuffed wheels. Her initial greeting on arrival is always friendly and she goes to great lengths to ensure that I'm fully aware of turn around times, expected costs etc. In summary, the level of repair work and customer service is of an exceptional standard. Highly recommended.

BMW and Mini manufacturer repair shop, also specializing in Ferrari, Tesla, FIAT and Alfa Romeo. Can repair most makes and models, always done tomanufacturer specifications and repairs carried out by trade qualified and experienced technicians as per manufacturer repair procedures. Really top people here too!

I phoned ahead and spoke with Michael about a quote. He was extremely helpful as this was my first time dealing with a quote in regards to damage. Next to him was Nicole, another customer service agent who was totally rude to everyone on the phone, smashed down her keyboard in frustration. Was pretty awkward to be sitting there.

Took longer than planned due to a decision to replace parts (which had to be ordered)  vs. repair, however, the result was worth the wait.  Looks as good as new.   Would recommend to anyone... would not go anywhere else if you have a BMW as they know the cars inside out....
