I had this shop replace something on my car however it began causing problems some months later. Was really impressed these guys took a look at it and replaced it again no questions asked free of charge

Had the front wiper insert replaced during service as was scraping don't know if they did both front wipers or just driver's side?. 2 days later, 400km from home in a regional location, the front passenger side windscreen wiper completely fell off - was on a solo female road trip so had to find mechanic in small town and was ready to rain to supply and repair immediately. Mechanic showed me how/that the rubber size was incorrect  - was also same Ultratune.Service:&nbsp;Oil change

I have been happy with the service, the advice and knowledge given by the staff.  The prices seem to be competitive and the quality of the work has been good.  Ultratune offers a breakdown service after the work

Used them 3 times so far. They put themselves out to fit you in. Excellent service and good pricing. One example $80 for headlight instead of the $270 quote I'd had from the "certified" dealer.

I called the men at Ultra Tune from Paddington where my battery had gone flat. I got it started by a nice man and drove to Ultra Tune south Brisbane and they were very helpful. They checked my battery and any other components that may have contributed to me being stuck gave me great advice and I was on my way. Highly recommend this business and it’s staff.Service:&nbsp;Battery

I took my Suzuki swift to these guys with a few issues I had been having. They are absolutely professional, timely and updated me at all times when diagnostics of the issues were completed and let me know what was required. Very friendly service at all times. Amazing work also by the mechanics.  I had a problem with the gear knob and asked if this was something they could fix. They went out of there way and made my car look brand new again.  My vehicle had been misfiring for many years and no one had been able to fix it. Just with the service provided ultra tune fixed it and when u took the vehicle back they too had noticed it was no longer misfiring. Thank you for making my vehicle run like a dream. Well I booked over the phone and stated that I had a radiator hose leaking and squeaking rear brakes. When I dropped the car off 2 days later I showed Kevin a photo of the leaking hose and again mentioned the squeaking brakes. I organised to pick the car up at 3pm as I had to start work at 4pm. I got a phone call at about 10am from Kevin who said that they would machine the rear brake drums and replace heater hoses also. I said to replace all of the hoses so I could have peace of mind.  I arrived at about 3.30pm and the car wasn't ready... At 4.15pm the car was finished.  I looked under the bonnet and the leaking hose was still there... I spoke to a mechanic who said they weren't asked to replace this hose. I got charged for a cooling system pressure test which would have shown this hose was leaking.  Then I got told they couldn't get this hose in. Driving to work I noticed that the brakes still squeaked,  so everything I asked to be done wasn't.  My biggest concern is what did I pay for?, what if I just assumed that the cooling system was fixed and the car overheated?, why did they give the car back to me without mentioning the problem wasn't fixed?.  Kevin ordered the correct hose and replaced it 2 days later.  If you do use this place bear this in mind and check that what you ask to be done is done, or just go somewhere else if you want peace of mindServices:&nbsp;Heating system repair

I had taken my car for a simple service to this company, the car was fine when i entered. By the end of the service I apparently had a nail in my tyre and told I should have 4 tyres, it was fine before and the day before that I had checked the tires for air as I had been carrying heavy weights and I was always checking my tires. it was fine. The service was finished and I ended paying $600+ for the service and the tires. A week after the service my car started cutting out and not working well. A mechanic friend looked at my car and found the screws on my spark plugs were very loose, so he tightened them. This didn't fix the problem so I proceeded to buy new spark plugs, my mechanic friend replaced them and said they were extremely old, this all costed me another $170. Part of a service is to check spark plug and leads, air filters, change oil etc, it's standard in the maintenance inspection. Ultratune mechanics I would not recommend to go there, their work is  left to be desired, unprofessional and darkened the name of Ultratune franchise, not sure if it was a girl thing as mechanics are often known to take them for all they can get. I feel I have been exploited because I am a women. I have also since heard from others experiences the same has happened to them a lady was taken $1800 from having a simple service. I was given other mechanic companies to go to from another women who works in the industry, seriously don't go here for services if you are a women.
