Mike and Aaron are AMAZING! Brought my car in today because these guys were highly recommended to me for being thorough and honest. Aaron showed me that my brakes were worn all the way through and it was dangerous to drive. Even though they were booked out Aaron kept my car and fixed the brakes same day for me. Everyone there is professional and welcoming. I recommend Repco West End to anyone who needs a professional and thorough service for their vehicle. My experience with West End Service Centre was beyond amazing. As a client of Aaron, I was completely taken care of and given the best service I've ever experienced. Not only was my best interest taken care of, I was given total transparency to my car's problems and brought solutions that were tailored to me. I  selected this shop for the owner/manager: I had dealt with him at a previous business and found him to be both a competent and a reliable mechanic, so it was only natural he remain my mechanic. Unfortunately for me, my wallet, and my car I had not know he switched shops. Fortunately, I was able to track him and his team to THIS business.  After correcting the poor work the previous shop had done to my vehicle, the team quickly diagnosed my car troubles and fixed them on the spot and for 1/4 of the cost quoted to me by the other business!!!.  However, the reason why I used this shop’s services, why I have used this mechanic in the past, and why my car will only go to this shop in the future is the manger/owner takes time to explain what the team is going to do. He is clearly a master of his trade as demonstrated by the clear and thoughtful explanations he gave for why certain works have to be done, moving-on only once I was satisfied and understood. This respect is very important to me. The bonus with this shop too, is they charge a bargain for their services!!! In short: great shop. I highly recommend. My car will certainly be returning.

The only mechanic shop I trust! I have been taking my cars here for a couple of years and always had such a lovely experience with Aaron, Mike and the team. I've always been told to be very cautious of mechanics lying to make extra money but never have I once felt like that here. The team have always gone above and beyond for me and given a better price than any other shop I've asked. After being ripped off at too many other mechanics, I will never be going to a different mechanic again! Cannot thank Aaron enough, my car ran into issues before Christmas and he went over and above to run diagnostics and fix this when he was already over booked. As a doctor relying heavily on my car he acknowledged this and done everything he could to get everything fixed in the quickest time as possible. Can’t recommend this garage enough! I recently had the horrible experience of buying a used car which turned out to be a lemon. Aaron and the all the guys at West End Service Centre were amazing at helping me navigate the challenges of that. Aaron is a well known name in our apartment building, everyone raves about this place, so when our Volkswagen Golf was due for a service, we booked with them, they picked up on many issues we thought were not fixable based on previous mechanics statements turns out, we actually didn't have to live with them! Aaron and his team are great!

Aaron is the most efficient and generous man, a very good mechanic and service professional. Having owned my own workshop previously. I'd definitely recommend Aaron for all mechanical services!
