my car was serviced here(full log book service) and I was so lucky that I checked my car AFTER the service because coolant was only half full.....and I RANG them and apparently it wasn't their fault....If I didnt check my car, it would be in a car wreckers. EVERYTHING'S GOOD UNTIL YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH THEM

i was supposed to go in this week for an insurance appraisal..in order to secure a policy with Budget, i was due to go Thursday..at the last minute my circumstances changed..i called Jake who offered to  fit me in in 30 minutes..Today..i know this is a minor issue but the attitude of the staff i dealt with and the overall customer service was second to none, excellent experience many thanks Ultra Tune.
