Informative, helpful, polite, willing to listen and more importantly do the best to fix any problem as quickly as possible – some of the positive experiences I have had with the Service Manager and his team at Westpoint Hyundai Servicing Indoooroopilly. They deliver 5 star service and I am more than happy to have my vehicle serviced by this team.

Excellent and friendly customer service while purchasing. But servicing the vehicle is the important factor in future relations. Will update as time goes.

My brother bought a car from this dealer recently. He is young and looks even younger than that. When he went there to take a test drive/enquire about the model he was interested in, his experience was not so good. They had already judged that he was there to waste their time. Finally, when they understood that he was a genuine buyer, the approach completely changed. It doesn’t end there. When he was enquiring about the finance options, he was treated as if he just came out of school (keep in mind that he is an engineering graduate working for a MNC in Brisbane). They did not want to tell him what the comparison rate was. When asked why they did not want to reveal it, the person's reply was that they were not a banking institution to have a comparison rate. Are you kidding me? It doesn’t end there; his only condition was he wanted the car to be delivered on a Saturday so that his family (us) who live interstate can be there with him when the car was being delivered. He was at the dealership the previous weekend. Guess what, on Thursday he was informed that the earliest they could do was Monday afternoon. All of this has completely ruined his first car buying experience. Now I regret asking him to get a Hyundai! Just sharing our bad experience so that others can take an informed decision.
