I’ve used Drive Accident Solutions twice now with my Volkswagen and both times it’s come back like new! Their attention to detail and quality of their work is 10/10. This place is next level. Everyone knows what a panel beaters shop looks like?.. well think day surgery. The two women on the front desk coffee shop are busy but professional, check all your details. The assessors, the same except, they liaise with the insurer saving you that time. They call and ask what date would suit you to drop the car hard to believe and then you receive updates to your phone as to where your parts are tracking. They give you an estimate of how many days they will need your car.. Mine was three days. They are very close to the airport, so I dropped the day before. I was on the ferry home when I received a call to say it was ready... under promise over deliver.. picked up same day. Obviously not essential but the car had been completely detailed in and out and charged for a long trip. Could not rate better. Thanks  Bill.

The Drive Accident Solutions suggested replacing one of my Tesla tyres which I agreed upon and was charged the amount prior to completion of work. While we agreed the replacement will take one day, it took them two 2 days to get the car back to me, only for me to discover nothing was replaced. They had made the mistake of replacing my rim with someone else's rim. To my disappointment, I ended up with no new tyre as well as scratched rims. However, one of their employees did not accept responsibility and instead blamed the tyre shop; it was their responsibility to check the tyre shop before contacting me. I eventually agreed to replace the tyre they had been paid for but now unfortunately left with seriously scratched rims.Services:&nbsp;Auto tire replacement

Absolutely fantastic. I am fussy when it comes to my car. Quote was done in the same day, car was booked in seamlessly, work undertaken and completed 2 days early with exceptional results.
