I would give them a half star if I could. They quoted $400 for a wheel alignment and charged me $770.36. This included a 1.5% fee to pay by credit card and they do not accept cheques. They adjusted the back airbags as requested during the wheel alignment but I had to take the truck to another place two days later to get them adjusted properly as they were not sitting on their saddles correctly. If you must use them, I'd suggest getting a written quote when dropping your truck off and tell them to ring you before doing anything else to your vehicle and take the exact amount of cash to pay for it. 
As an additional note, When I first put this review on the internet Kevin rang me and offered me a free wheel alignment if I removed the post. As I am not from Brisbane, it is of no use to me and I just had one done so I refused. He then kept contacting me at various times over the following weeks, constantly asking me to remove it saying that My review was unfair. When I didn't, he got nasty and threatened to email my name and truck registration to every truck alignment business he could contact and tell them not to do business with me if I did not remove the review. My response was to add his threats to my review. I also noted that before my review, there were no other reviews about his business and now that  I have refused to remove mine, two others have since been added with full 5 star ratings one week after he stopped contacting me. Call me cynical but I would tend to think they are most likely false positive reviews put up to offset my poor ratings. There are better and cheaper truck alignment companies to do business with in Brisbane than this one.

I've been dealing with Big Wheels North for around 8 years and I have always found them to be very Professional and Helpful in all my needs in my Transport Business. Nothing is a problem and they are always willing to go out of there way to get the job completed and get me back on the road ASAP.
Wheel Alignments and Suspension are key components in keeping your equipment safe on the roads not to mention the saving in tyre wear which has been beneficial in keeping our costs to a minimum.
Very Very Happy with the Service Provided by these Guys.
