Good luck if you are trying to get a vehicle removed from the wovi list. I hope you have a lot of money and time to deal with the incompetence of this company. Call center has no idea what they are doing and will take weeks to get back to you.

horrible call centre ,Bad service, girls there are very rude ,terrible customer service ,An unprofessionally run Company ,and Unprofessional
They have absolute zero care factor for their customers
This is the worst large company in Australia.

Terrible experience everytime I come here. Very poor customer service and if you want to contact them you can't directly. You have to go through a horrible call centre which doesn't even know simple things like qis trading hours... Then they take your details, contact the qis location you want who is then supposed to call you back.. this may take several days so good luck if you need to contact them urgently.
