Ming & Brisbane Isuzu supplied and delivered our DREAM 4WD! We’re gonna go off-road, we’re doing beach driving, we’ll be camping and touring bush…all the work that Ming & Brisbane Isuzu did has made this possible, in a relative to 2022 timeframe that has impressed many people. Ever-since Ming first answered our initial unexpected phone call, he has consistently outdone his competitors with genuine care and dedication. Ming showed us sincerity in service and honesty in his subsequent high quality follow-ups. Which none of us can take that rarity in this Industry for granted, as it is truly something we will always be grateful for receiving for our first-brand-new-car. You never fail to impress. We were really in a bind and needed our window fixed asap for safety and security, so as a once off, we called our closest Isuzu service centre to west end said they couldn't get us in until March. I then called you. You got us in that day. I should have known to just start with our trusted, tried and true service centre at Eagle Farm. Thank you so much
We purchased a second hand vehicle from Trevor at Brisbane Isuzu. The vehicle came with a warranty and 4 moths about purchasing the car the air conditioning stopped working. The cost to fix the air conditioning was not fully covered by the warranty, we called Brisbane Isuzu to advise of the situation, we were super impressed with the response we received from Trevor. Trevor said he would see what he could do to help us and help they did hey came good and pitched in on the final cost of repair. They could have said see you later, but they didn’t. We highly recommend buying form these guys, their customer service is amazing and is second to none.

Ming was great in helping us to order our New D MAX X Terrain. Was able to quickly secure the Ute order with delivery in reasonable amount of time, and good price. No games or lies like most car salespeople. Also helped with good pricing on the accessories we wanted. Very refreshing and a pleasure to deal with.
Using these guys for servicing and couldn't be happier. Very friendly staff, and the service team do great quality work. Highly recommend.
Always looked after by this crew. Never an issue, always running on time and they don't do any additional work on your vehicle unless it's cleared with the customer first.
If you are looking for a new Isuzu truck I highly recommend you pop in and see Josh Chang in sales. Josh has helped us out a lot and provided us info other places didn't bother to and he has followed up on many things inc quotes for canopy ideas etc. Josh is a credit to the sales team and in no way forced a sale upon us lie most sales people, he just gave us genuine help and advice to decide what was best for us.
My husband and I broke down on the M1 on Sunday. We were travelling from Sydney to Rockhampton with our caravan. The RACQ patrolman said our MUX had a turbo problem. We contacted a couple of service centres that said they couldn’t look at it for at least 2 weeks. We contacted your company and spoke to Paul who couldn’t be more helpful. Our car was towed to your Center on Monday afternoon and the turbo was replaced plus oil change and filter under warranty. The car was ready to pick up the next day. We are exceedingly appreciative of everyone’s help to get us back on the road. Thanks so much Joyce & John
It is so very hit and miss these days to find good service coupled with genuine product knowledge. ISUZU Eagle Farm have the best service you can get, they always go over and above, very helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to diesel's, which is hard to find by any dealer. this is my second D-max going to these guys and always happy with the service. the parts people are also bloody brilliant.
