With over 51 years experience under our belt, we have truly mastered the art of repairing and restoring all types of vehicles to a standard that is virtually unheard of outside of Europe. In fact our workshop has been exclusively modeled on the very best of the northern European smash repairers. We excel at everything from accident rectification to vehicle restoration and hail damage from aluminum welding to windscreen repairs. I was so impressed with The Bump Shop from start to finish. I had a side bumper issue and their service was excellent from the quote stage right through to me picking the car up. The car looked so clean and polished when I picked it up too - better than when I first bought it! They were reliable and did a fantastic job. Paint colour matched perfectly. Great workmanship. Hopefully I wont need a smash repairer again but if I do Ill come back to them.

3rd time I've been to The Bump Shop now and every time has been a fantastic experience. I look for quality product and good communication in anything I buy or service I get and these guys get top marks in both these categories. I highly recommend them. Just look at what type of cars they are repairing there and you'll see that they obviously have a great reputation with the high end luxury car market. Pretty good with my Golf too.

My car was returned to me like new... it sparkled like the day it rolled off the production line! I can't recommend The Bump Shop highly enough! The Bump Shop recently did a fantastic 'cut and polish,' on our son's car. The result was astounding. They managed to make his dented and scratched 6 year old car look virtually brand-new at a very affordable cost. When I recently damaged 2 door panels on my new Mercedes reversing into my garage, I knew that I wanted 'The Bump Shop,' to undertake the repairs. Luckily my insurance provider, allowed me to choose my preferred panel beater/repairer. I couldn't be more delighted with 'The Bump Shops,' procedures, customer service and excellent workmanship. Leo is a wonderful assessor, Vicki provides a delightful welcome at reception and excellent follow-up communication regarding repair progress. Joe was incredibly helpful. 'The Bump Shop, even had my car ready sooner than expected! They even detailed the interior. I couldn't be more delighted. Highly recommended.

I used The Bump Shop about a year ago for some paint correction after my car was badly scratched on a 4wding trip and their work back then was just outstanding. So recently when my car received some anonymous car park damage there was absolutely no question in my mind where it was going to go for repairs. As i expected, this time around was no different, their quality of work is second to none and matched only by the great attitudes and professionalism of everyone who works there. A special thanks to Leo, Mark and Les, who make the whole process pleasant and stress free. Thanks again guys. Cheers James
