Have used AP EAGERS for many years for our business needs. This is a commercial distribution centre, and once you understand their system it's good to work with. If you give the parts interpreters the correct information they are very efficient and have rarely made a mistake in our experience. If you attend here and expect a full blown retail service you're in the wrong place, go to a retail dealer and whinge.  The negative reviews here clearly demonstrate that people turn up with misguided expectations.

Great place for OEM parts. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. They do the best they can given the Retail v Commercial tension that management created.

Much the same as below, as a business owner always waiting on parts, delays in getting them sometimes weeks and it makes us look bad to our customers. It’s a shame they have such a monopoly as if someone else came into the market they would blow this company away.

Terrible service and phone support. After 30 minutes of getting through to a Honda Parts dealer, they would NOT help me and said that I must be directed to retail, even though I deal with trade. I then waited another 20 minutes on the phone and eventually got hung up on.  A massive waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the definition of depression, I feel sorry for the 50 year olds that work here I waited 2 days exactly 2 days to get my invoice emailed to me. Everyone on the phone DORS NOT KNOW what they are doing they hang up on you for no reason they hang up on you before you are finished talking it’s not the service desk I spoke with the supervisor of this thing and she acts like a 12 year old who for their period. I strongly do not recommend this place always always go to other companies to get your parts. These guys are unprofessional untrained for customer service and they tell you to not come shop from them even though these guys are serving the public not the private Businesses. Anyone wants to purchase parts from this make sure you know how to put up with 12 year olds cause that is how your are going to get treated.

Awful company, lied to me, f’ed me around all day. You will wait all day here and receive nothing except another weeks wait even if you book an appointment.

as business owner, being lied to on three occasions of me chasing a part ordered 3 weeks ago. first time they now admitted they didnt place the order after we accepted the quote, second time we ere told it had been sent and is in transit that was three weeks ago the next phone call we had a repeat answer. i just got off the phone and have been told it was invoiced on the 16th yesterday and is coming out of Melbourne today. not sure what to believe any more. i lost my customer because it has been three + weeks and still no part arrived. so eagers wont get another order from me or my business.

2 weeks later and after repeated phone calls from myself and my mechanic. Then to be pretty much been called a liar I finally received my part. I will never deal with Eagers in any way shape or form ever again

What a joke had to buy part for my car 90 dollars done over the phone as I am supposed to be work lost day wages because they charged me for a part I didn't order and when I went in to confront them my refund was supposed to be in by Thursday or Friday I had to ring them argue with them to get it processed and then I find out it was processed after I spoke to the manager late Friday do yourself a favour  try not to deal with this mob
